NorthWest Realty Group LLC was formed in 1994 by Bill Chaussee (Broker) Chris Carlson (attorney-at-law) and myself. Bill, Chris and I have more than 50 years' combined experience in local and statewide real estate development, leasing, property management and sales. I was born and raised in Bismarck, and have tried to give back to my hometown by actively participating in community organizations. Past activities include serving as President of the Downtown Business Association; Vice Chair of the Center City Partnership; and member of the CORE Committee. In addition to being a licensed Realtor and a member of the Bismarck-Mandan Board of Realtors, I currently serve as Treasurer (and past-President) of the Bismarck Historical Society, member of the Bismarck Parking Authority, and President of the Bismarck State College Foundation Board of Trustees. My family and I live in northwest Bismarck, where I have sold many homes and commercial properties over the years. Lunette Lipp-Sando is the newest member of the NorthWest Realty team. Lunette brings many years of residential and commercial sales experience. For the past five years, she was the top producer at one of the area's largest real estate firms. She and her husband Todd live in the prestigious Marina Bay area, where Lunette is recognized as the resident expert in property values and home sales.
